Cadencewas started by founders who've sold their own products on Shopify — and gotten quoted $5,000 a month by Master Elite agencies who wouldn't take a meeting under $100k/month in revenue. The other option was a $30 Upwork freelancer recycling the same template for the hundredth time. Neither was an answer.
So we built one. Cadence is an email engine — a software platform that pushes flows, segments, and campaigns straight into your Klaviyo via API. The output looks like a $10k/mo agency. The throughput looks like a software company. The price tag is what a real Shopify brand at $50k/mo can actually afford.
We don't do every brand. We do supplements, jewelry, fashion, and cookware — because each of those niches has a playbook deep enough to be worth specializing in. Supplements gets a compliance layer that auto-checks every send against FDA structure/function rules before it leaves the queue. Jewelry gets editorial-grade creative. Fashion gets drop sequencing. Cookware gets the single→set→accessories cross-sell flywheel.
No account managers. No 6-week onboarding. No 12-month contracts. Founders talking to founders, with software doing the boring parts.
What we won't bend on
Three principles.
Flows are infrastructure. Pay once.
Every other agency rents you flows for $5k/month forever. We charge a one-time setup fee — your flows are yours. Add a campaign retainer if you want weekly sends, or just leave them running.
Campaigns are content. Pay flat.
Weekly campaigns are real ongoing work — design, copy, scheduling, A/B testing. Base fee + 6–8% rev share, capped — lower than every alternative in the space.
Magazine-grade creative, every send.
We design every email like an editorial spread — your brand kit, real photography, custom design system. Our portal pushes the templates straight into your Klaviyo.
