Privacy Policy

Cadence is a service operated by Cobus & Co. LLC (1603 Capitol Ave Ste 413). We design, build and ship Klaviyo email marketing for Shopify brands. Contact: hi@cadancemarketing.com.

• Account info — name, email, brand name, billing address, the Shopify URL of the store you operate.
• Onboarding intake — answers you submit in the brief (positioning, niche, products, brand kit). Used to design and ship your flows.
• Klaviyo API key — encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. Used only to push templates, segments, lists and campaigns into your Klaviyo account on your behalf. We never share, sell or expose it.
• Operational data — orders, invoices, deployment logs.
• Cookies — a single first-party session cookie (HTTP-only, encrypted) so you stay logged in. No third-party trackers, no advertising cookies.

• To deliver the services you bought (build, deploy, manage email).
• To send transactional emails (receipts, invoices, deployment notifications).
• To improve the platform — anonymous, aggregated usage stats only. We never sell customer data.
• Marketing emails go only to people who explicitly opted in via our website. You can unsubscribe in one click from any of them.

Customer data, order data and onboarding intake are stored in Supabase (Postgres, hosted in the United States). Application code runs on Vercel. Klaviyo API keys are encrypted with a key we control, separate from Supabase's storage encryption.

You may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or delete it entirely. Email hi@cadancemarketing.comand we'll act within 30 days. Deleting your account permanently removes onboarding intake, encrypted Klaviyo key, and operational records — except invoices and tax records we're legally required to retain.

All Cadence services are non-refundable once payment is made. See our Refund Policy for the full terms — short version: the work begins immediately on receipt of payment, so no refunds, no chargebacks, no prorated cancellations.

We'll post any material changes to this page and update the "last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised policy.
